Why Again?

53 weeks later and I must say I’ve really enjoyed doing this project. So much so that I’ve in fact decided to embark on another 53 weeks.

Writing this blog has on the one hand helped me to concentrate on my photography; at least once a week anyway, which isn’t always easy when taking work and the family commitments into consideration. On the other hand, apart from helping me develop my photography skills, it’s enabled me to keep a protocol the past year. When I look back through the blog, the pictures taken were more often than not centred on and around the highlight of that particular week, thus creating a quasi-photographic diary of the year 2011.

So here we go again!

The subject for the coming 53 weeks is “Duet”. This means anything involving two of something i.e. pairs, parallels, doubles, twins, duos or couples which are not necessarily identical; I think you get the basic idea.
